Helped produce and promote with Borders Books "Times Books Presents" Public Forums featuring Times Book authors Gary Sick, Richard Goodwin, Newsweek Reporter Larry Martz, Alan Ehrenhalt and Suzanne Garment. The authors participated in panel discussions concerning politics and education, and drew audiences of up to 600 people.

Promoted book by James Levine of the Family and Work Institute's national "Fatherhood Project," through media interviews and articles, including a story in the The New York Times.

Announced the awards to the national and regional press and arranged media interviews for recipients who included Pulitzer-prize poet Franz Wright and the late playwright Scott McPherson, author of "Marvin's Room."
